Firm Foundation Technology, LLC Services for Churches and Ministries
Just because you are a church or other ministry doesn't mean you shouldn't have access to the same quality support for your computer systems that business enjoy. When you work with Firm Foundation Technology, you can be confident knowing that we understand that computers are just as important to your ministry as to any ordinary business.
Most churches and ministries depend on their laity or other volunteers to support their computers, and for many churches this volunteer support meets their needs, most of the time. For those times when your members cannot help, Firm Foundation Technology, LLC (FFT) is available.
FFT can help whether you need someone to come and look at your systems immediately, assist with Web site creation or revision, or help with a more ambitious project such as networking your church's computers. FFT can supplement the volunteer support your members provide or handle all your support needs, as you see fit. We will always be happy to work with any of your members to ensure that you are as self-sufficient as possible.
Churches
As a ministry to churches Firm Foundation Technology, LLC will provide the support you need on a "freewill offering" basis. When you get service from FFT on your systems, or for other IT needs (excluding our FFT SermonOnline sermon MP3 posting service), you will receive an invoice showing what FFT would charge for the labor to a commercial client. You then can decide how much your church can afford to pay for that service; if you can afford the full amount, we appreciate your payment in full. And if you need to spread payment over a couple of months, that can be worked out according to your church's situation. Please be assured that your church's ability to pay in full will in no way affect any future assistance from FFT.
This offer covers any computers owned by and used in the church. If your church has a preschool (up to kindergarten) that the church directly runs, those computers are covered as well. If you have an elementary, middle or secondary school run by or associated with your church they should see the FFT Support for Schools information.
Non Church Ministries
If you are a Christian para-church ministry, you will need to pay at normal non-profit labor rates but you can receive up to two free hours of support per month. (Details of this special offer)
General Information
You will need to pay the full cost of any equipment purchased through FFT for church or ministry use, but rest assured you will get that equipment at the best price I can find. And your church may also be responsible for travel costs or other non-labor expenses depending on your situation. Your church, preschool or ministry must be a Christian, Bible-believing organization that agrees with the statement of faith endorsed by Firm Foundation Technology, LLC. You must also be able to prove your status as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non profit institution.
