Terms of Service
Firm Foundation Technology, LLC has the right to reject any application for service for any reason, including but not limited to clear doctrinal disagreement with the FFT Statement of Faith. Currently this service is only available to churches located in the United States of America and Canada. In case of termination of service for any reason other than non-renewal of service Firm Foundation Technology, LLC's sole liability will be the refund of monies paid for messages not yet posted online.
Faxed signatures on any page of the order form or subsequent renewal forms will be considered the same as an original signature.
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable United States of America federal laws, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. Venue for any actions arising under or relating in any way to this service shall vest exclusively in the courts of general jurisdiction of St. Mary's County, State of Maryland.
FIRM FOUNDATION TECHNOLOGY, LLC DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL EXPRESS, AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES AND ANY DELIVERABLES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, GOOD TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This includes the failure of any user anywhere on the Internet to access data on Firm Foundation Technology, LLC controlled web servers for any reason. |
