In order to use this Web site, you do not have to complete any kind of registration form and/or create a user name and password. To sign up for our email delivered newsletter you are required to give your email address. We use this information only to send you our e-mail newsletter.
Firm Foundation Technology, LLC (FFT) is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. FFT collects personally identifiable information from our users of our web site only for e-mail delivered newsletter registration.
Orders
If you purchase IT support services from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Surveys
From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in surveys on our site. If you participate, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. We may use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

If we use a subcontractor to provide IT Support services you purchase from us, the subcontractor will be bound by this privacy policy and may not use your personally identifiable information for any purpose other than fufilling the service requested.

We have syndicated news material on our site provided by third parties. If you choose to click on a link provided, be aware that FFT has no control over the third parties privacy policy. FFT has no control over the destinations for the links provided either.
